7V7 INDOOR LEAGUE
The NC Fusion Girls Lacrosse 7v7 Indoor League is a great way to keep your stick in your hands throughout the winter months. The league is held in the state of the art indoor turf facility at Proehlific Park in Greensboro. All games are held in 1 hour time slots on Saturday afternoons with no commitment during the week. These short sided, fast paced games push players to improve skills and techniques like fast breaks, defensive transition, ball handling under pressure and general quick ball movement. This is also a perfect way to get a leg up on the spring season!

FAQ’s
Are there any practices during the week?
No, this is a playing league only. There are no practices.
Does my team play for the entire 5 hours?
No, your team will play for 1 hour each Saturday. The schedule for your team will be sent out before the league starts. Each week, Elementary School teams will play 2pm-3pm, Middle School teams will play 3pm-4pm and High School teams will play 4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm or 6pm-7pm.
Is this program appropriate for beginners:
We do have a handful of beginners every year, but we encourage beginners to participate in our Sticks and Speed program. Sticks and Speed will give all new and experienced lacrosse players a great foundation of skills to be able to build on. HERE is a link to our Sticks and Speed program.
What do I need to bring:
Stick
Goggles

Appropriate Shoes (Cleats/running shoes)
Reversible Penny (if you don’t have one, we’ll have extras)
Who coaches the teams?
Our NC Fusion coaches are placed with the teams each week. Our coaches are experienced and enthusiastic. All NC Fusion coaches currently coach College or High School programs.
