STICKS & SPEED

What does Sticks and Speed entail?

Sticks and Speed will consist of 10, 90 minute sessions led by our knowledgeable Fusion coaches.

Lacrosse is an exciting, fast-paced, and technically challenging sport. Sticks and Speed will aim to dial in on two major areas that will help you meet your individual playing goals! Each session will consist of 45 minutes of stick skills and technique training paired with 45 minutes of speedwork.

*There are 30 minute add on sessions offered for positional needs at the end of each Sunday session. These short sessions will focus on specific skills (i.e shooting, defensive positioning, dodging, draws & 50/50 balls). Please see the information below for pricing.

Who can sign up for Sticks and Speed?

As we continue to focus on growing the sport of lacrosse in our community, Sticks and Speed will now welcome high school, middle school AND elementary age girls (3rd-5th)! The best part about our 10-session skills series is that all skill levels will be challenged! From 1st timers to long time laxers, our curriculum is set up to bring your individual game to the next level!
