Why Choose Sticks and Speed?
Lyndsey Boswell & Charlotte Dixon, along with the entire NC Fusion women’s lacrosse coaching staff have teamed up this winter to offer these individual development sessions. Between HPU and Guilford College, these programs have set the standard for women’s lacrosse in the Triad. Through these sessions, their knowledge of the game of lacrosse will be expressed through high level stick work drills and speed work that will help athletes rise to play at the ever growing pace of our game!
