Being a part of the finesse and physicality of box lacrosse has been a great experience for me. I feel that I have learned and improved as an overall lacrosse player. Learning to adapt in tight space while reading defenders and offensive players has been the biggest improvement in my game. – Paul Rabil, NLL, MLL & PLL All-Star, NCAA All-American

Continue to improve your Lacrosse skills or begin the game by playing Box lacrosse. Players will improve ball-handling skills in tight spaces, defensive footwork, and precise shooting accuracy.

Each player must have all safety equipment and a 40” lacrosse stick (no long poles), helmet, mouthpiece, protective cup, tennis shoes, cleats, and a water bottle. There will be a maximum of 12 players per team.

Boys 3rd/4th grade

Boys 5th/6th grade – Due to low numbers in this age group, we will not be able to provide a 5th/6thgrade Triad BoxLa division at the Greensboro Sportsplex.  We will consolidate all 5th/6th graders to the Rise Facility in the west to provide a better training and playing experience for all players.  If you would no longer like to participate because of this change, please let us know immediately and we will process your refund for the program.
